This site provides the Customer with a facility to create
warranty claims, receive receipt acknowledgements, enquire
on status and view claim disposition for claims submitted
to Rolls-Royce.
The system will provide an improved level of service and allow
the Customer to check the claim status through the various
stages of claim resolution.The immediate benefit will be reduced
telephone, rapifax and mailing costs, with the added benefit
of reduced transaction time and manual intervention.
