After market services - Vendor Support Brochure
Used engine inventory image. Rolls-Royce is making available to those Operators who have chosen to use Aeromanager the Vendor Support Brochures covering the current Rolls-Royce Derby production engines, these being: RB211-524 G/H and -524G/H-T series, RB211-535E4 series(both Phase 2 and Phase 5), Trent 500 series, Trent 700 series and Trent 800 series.

The Vendor Support Brochure will identify those Units attached to that engine for where the Vendor has the responsibility for the Unit Product Support Services. The Brochure is in three main categories, General, Engine Specific Vendor Data and Product Support. However for ease of use, due to the file size and downloading times, each of the Aeromanager Vendor Support Brochures are separated into 5 sections (if printed each would form a complete brochure) as follows:

· Front Matter
This will identify the Title, Contents, Introduction and General pages.

· Cross Reference
The cross references lists the Unit Part Number, Unit Description , associated Vendor Name and where appropriate Comments. The lists are in two parts, the first list is in Vendor Name - Part Number order, the second list is in Part Number - Vendor Name order.

· Unit Guarantee Data
This section lists the details for each unit and covers Cage code, Vendor, Unit Description, Spare Part Classification, Repair / Overhaul Turn Around Time Spare Part Classification, Unit Warranty period as well as any agreed Unit Guarantee Performance Data and agreed Unit Cost of Ownership Data.

· Vendor Addresses and Contact Details
This section lists the applicable Vendors Name, Cage code, AOG, Spares Parts Repair / Overhaul / Modification Services / Warranty / Guarantee claims Points of contact details.

· Product Support Details
This sections details the generic terms of the new Product Support Agreement that has been signed between RR and a significant number of its Vendors (Note agreements between RR and the Vendors may vary to the generic terms).
